Intensive Care Nurse Specialist

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Intensive Care Nurse Specialist to join our team at All Medical Personnel. This is a unique opportunity to work in a dynamic environment where you can utilize your critical thinking skills, expertise, and passion for delivering high-quality patient care.
About the RoleThis role will involve working closely with patients as they recover from surgery, providing them with individualized care, support, and reassurance. You will be responsible for conducting thorough assessments, planning and implementing evidence-based interventions, and evaluating patient outcomes.
You will also be involved in directing patient care within the OR/GI Lab, identifying potential complications, and taking swift action to mitigate any risks. This requires excellent communication and collaboration skills, as well as the ability to think critically and make informed decisions under pressure.
Requirements- 1-2 years of acute clinical care nursing experience
- Current BLS and ACLS certification
- Current state license
