We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced banking professional to join our award-winning customer service team as a Customer Service Representative at New Hampshire Mutual Bancorp.
This role offers a competitive salary and a comprehensive benefit package, including medical, dental, vision, 401K, pension plan, paid time off, tuition reimbursement, and professional development opportunities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain a working knowledge of banking products and services to promote them to customers.
- Demonstrate flexibility and adaptability in switching between teller and customer service positions as needed.
- Complete individual and business account deposit/withdrawal transactions, account opening and maintenance activities, including checking, savings, and time deposits.
- Provide exceptional customer service while identifying new business opportunities through needs-based inquiry.
- Respond to customer inquiries and resolve problems or concerns efficiently and effectively.
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Minimum one year of experience in customer service and/or cash handling roles.
- Experience utilizing software applications to perform customer service duties.
- Strong interpersonal and organizational skills.
- Ability to work rotating Saturdays and travel between branch locations as needed.
