Motorcycle Sales Specialist

American Road Group is seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic Motorcycle Fit Specialist to join our team at Laconia Harley-Davidson in Meredith, NH.

We are looking for an individual who is passionate about Harley-Davidson and has a strong desire to share that passion with others. As a Motorcycle Fit Specialist, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring that our customers find the perfect Harley to fit their needs.

Key Responsibilities:

• Welcome and engage with customers in a professional and friendly manner.
• Assist customers in selecting the ideal Harley-Davidson motorcycle that meets their riding needs and preferences.
• Manage customer transactions from start to finish, ensuring a positive and seamless purchasing experience.
• Proactively follow up with potential customers and leads to ensure a high level of customer satisfaction.
• Utilize our CRM system to effectively manage daily workload and appointments.

Requirements:

• Motorcycle License Endorsement or ability to obtain one.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Outgoing, energetic, and self-motivated individual with a strong work ethic.
• Strong computer and phone skills, with the ability to learn and adapt to new systems.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends, holidays, and occasional evenings.
