Clinical Educator

A professional educational position responsible for coordinating activities in the orientation/education process. The roles of this position include: Learning Facilitator, Mentor, Consultant, and Change agent for LifeBridge Health. Duties include but are not limited to: management of the new hire orientation process, accountability of preceptors, on-going associate education, participation in monitoring and evaluation of quality indicators. The RN Clinical Educator is accountable to the basic standard of practice as defined in the Maryland State Nurse Practice Act.
Requirements- Required Bachelor's Degree
- Preferred Master's Degree
- 4-7 years Recent clinical experience in nursing with three years experience teaching clinical practice preferred
- BLS - Basic Life Support
- BLSI - Basic Life Support Instructor
- Certification is Speciality Area
- RN - Registered Nurse
- ACLS - Advanced Cardiac Life Support
- PALS - PALS
- NRPI - Neonatal Resuscitation Instructor
