Position Overview

The Inventory Control Manager is tasked with overseeing inventory management, addressing discrepancies, and implementing corrective measures. This role plays a crucial part in the establishment and execution of a comprehensive program aimed at auditing all facets of inventory movement to ensure both integrity and precision.

Core Responsibilities:

  • Monitor essential inventory metrics, including Total Inventory, Expiry, Excess, and Obsolete items.
  • Collaborate with Sales and Supply Planning teams to identify opportunities for reducing non-productive inventory.
  • Manage the Destruction Process effectively.
  • Oversee the Vendor Reconciliation Process.
  • Ensure adherence to Product Master Data Governance.
  • Assist the VP of Integrated Business Planning with data preparation and collaboration for inventory projections and analysis.
  • Lead the Shelf-Life Review Process.
  • Supervise one direct report, providing guidance on time management and communication while ensuring data accuracy.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in inventory management or a related field.
  • Proven track record in developing or enhancing inventory management or warehouse management systems and processes.
  • Advanced proficiency in Excel.
  • Exceptional analytical and communication abilities.
  • Strong project management skills with a focus on continuous improvement.
  • Metrics-driven approach to inventory management.
  • Detail-oriented with a strong capacity for organization and time management.
  • Effective communicator and leader, capable of engaging cross-functional teams and executive leadership.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-oriented environment.

Anastasia Beverly Hills provides a competitive compensation package, including comprehensive benefits and a 401(K) plan with matching contributions. The starting salary range for this position is competitive and may vary based on qualifications, skills, experience, and geographical location. This role is also eligible for bonuses.
