NOW HIRING: PRODUCTION & MACHINE OPERATORS
Location: IOWA CITY & WEST BRANCH
ALL SHIFTS AVAILABLE
$16/hr - $23 BASED ON EXPERIENCE - PAID WEEKLY
Key Responsibilities:
- Configure and manage production machinery utilizing computer systems, making necessary adjustments and replacing components as needed.
- Oversee production processes, address equipment malfunctions, and conduct maintenance and repairs.
- Collect product samples for quality assessment.
- Employ measuring tools such as micrometers and calipers to ensure product quality.
- Organize products for packaging and palletization.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Valid driver's license and dependable transportation.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Proficient computer skills.
- Strong problem-solving abilities.
- Capability to stand, bend, kneel, or walk for extended periods (12 hours).
- Ability to lift items weighing up to 50lbs.
