About the Opportunity

This is a unique chance to grow your career in a dynamic and supportive environment. As an Energy Lighting Specialist, you will be responsible for developing and implementing energy-efficient lighting solutions for our commercial and industrial clients.


Key Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with our Energy Solutions team to market and sell energy-saving lighting solutions to our existing and new clients.
  • Establish strong relationships with clients to identify energy-saving opportunities and provide tailored solutions.
  • Develop and present proposals to clients to meet their energy-saving goals and expectations.
  • Work closely with our Energy Services team to manage proposals and key performance indicators (KPIs) to consistently close energy lighting sales.
  • Conduct site lighting surveys, audits, and utility rebate calculations to meet client energy-saving objectives.
  • Maintain an active backlog of lighting surveys to ensure consistent achievement of goals.
  • Address client concerns promptly to ensure resolution and establish long-term relationships.
  • Stay up-to-date on new lighting products and industry technologies through ongoing training and education.


Requirements

  • Valid driver's license
  • 2-5 years of sales experience, preferably in the energy and lighting industry
  • Strong understanding of lighting products and projects, including energy savings, return on investment (ROI), and utility rebates
  • Experience with rebate and grant paperwork
  • Excellent interpersonal and organizational skills to build strong relationships with clients and business partners
  • Positive and collaborative attitude
  • Authorized to work in the U.S.
