Job SummaryWe're seeking compassionate and dedicated Registered Behavior Therapists to join our team. As an RBT, you'll work one-on-one with children, implementing personalized behavior intervention programs designed to address their specific needs. Under the supervision of a BCBA clinician, you'll work collaboratively to develop and implement treatment plans that promote behavioral management, daily living skills, social skills, and community integration.
Key Responsibilities- Implement behavior intervention programs tailored to individual needs
- Work collaboratively with BCBA clinicians to develop and implement treatment plans
- Provide direct treatment and ABA therapy to children
- Perform physical management to ensure child safety, as trained
