Job Description
We are seeking a Full-Time BCBA to work in a school district. The ideal candidate will have a Master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis and active Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification.
Key Responsibilities:
- Completing Functional Behavior Assessments (FBAs) and positive behavior interventions
- Working with students, staff, and parents to develop and implement behavior plans
- Collaborating with school staff to provide support and training
Qualifications:
- Active BCBA certification
- Master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis
- Experience working with children and adolescents with autism and other developmental disabilities in a school setting
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
