Key Responsibilities:
As a Room Care Supervisor, your primary duties will include leading, training, and supervising the team to uphold the highest standards of cleanliness and quality. Your responsibilities will encompass the following tasks:
- Direct, train, and oversee Room Attendants and Housepersons in a designated area to guarantee that all guest rooms and public spaces meet established cleanliness and quality benchmarks.
- Evaluate inventory, assign cleaning tasks, and inspect rooms for quality assurance.
- Confirm and report the status of rooms, addressing any discrepancies.
- Monitor payroll documentation, work schedules, lost and found items, and manage stock in rooms and carts.
- Collaborate with Engineering/Property Operations to ensure efficient maintenance and repair of guest rooms and public areas.
- Perform duties of Room Attendants and/or Housepersons as necessary.
- Assist in the performance evaluations of Room Attendants and Housepersons when required.
- Respond promptly and courteously to special guest requests.
- The starting compensation is $18 per hour.
