Job SummaryThe Travel LPN will provide high-quality nursing care to residents in a variety of settings, including long-term care facilities. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, be able to work effectively in a team environment, and demonstrate a commitment to providing exceptional care to residents.
Responsibilities- Provide direct care to residents, including administering medications, performing treatments, and documenting resident interactions.
- Contribute to the assessment of residents and develop individualized care plans.
- Collaborate with healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care delivery.
- Document resident interactions and outcomes related to resident care, medication, behavior, activity, and dietary.
- Perform other related duties as assigned.
- Graduate from an accredited practical nursing program as a Licensed Practical Nurse.
- Associate degree in practical nursing is preferred.
- Must have attended a pre-licensure nursing program that included supervised clinical experience across the life span as part of the curriculum or have had a minimum of 400 hours of experience as LPN at another facility.
- Currently holds an unencumbered Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license with State Nursing board and/or possess multi-state licensure privileges.
