Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Cashier at Aramark. As a Cashier, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, processing transactions, and maintaining a clean and organized work environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Process transactions accurately and efficiently using a point of sale system
  • Provide excellent customer service, responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues in a professional and courteous manner
  • Count and balance cash drawers, reconcile discrepancies, and maintain a clean and organized work environment
  • Adhere to Aramark's cash handling policies and procedures
  • Stay knowledgeable about merchandise and products to assist customers and process transactions accurately
  • Complete opening and closing procedures, including stocking and replenishing inventory as needed
  • Maintain a clean and sanitary work environment, adhering to all safety policies and procedures
Requirements
  • Previous customer service experience preferred
  • Previous cash handling experience preferred
  • Basic math and counting skills required
  • Ability to work independently with limited supervision
  • Complete Food Handler and Alcohol Service trainings as required by location
Working Conditions

This role may have physical demands, including lifting, bending, pushing, pulling, and/or extended walking and standing. Uniforms and/or Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) may be required.
