As the Photography Operations Supervisor, you will play a pivotal role in managing our daily photo operations, ensuring that our venues operate smoothly and profitably. Your leadership will be crucial in fostering a motivated team that meets both personal and organizational objectives.
Key Responsibilities
- Foster a positive and collaborative workplace culture while upholding our core values and policies.
- Oversee scheduling, delegate responsibilities, and optimize staffing to ensure operational success.
- Assess staffing needs and assist in the recruitment, onboarding, and training processes.
- Ensure that daily operations are executed as planned.
- Instill a sales-driven culture within the team, ensuring adherence to cash handling protocols and maximizing sales opportunities.
- Coordinate field staff, manage equipment, and oversee inventory of supplies.
- Mentor team members to enhance revenue, minimize costs, and deliver exceptional guest service.
- Analyze sales data to identify trends and opportunities, implementing strategies for operational success.
- Collaborate with district and regional management to align on strategies for designated venues.
- Build and maintain positive relationships with vendors across all locations.
- Work closely with host venues to ensure seamless operations focused on guest satisfaction and profitability.
- Address customer inquiries and service issues effectively to enhance guest experiences.
- Perform additional duties as required.
Qualifications
- Exemplary attitude and a strong commitment to work.
- A collaborative team player who can also work autonomously and values leadership.
- Strong time management and problem-solving abilities, with sound judgment and decision-making skills.
- Experience in processing sales transactions and handling cash.
- Willingness to work during peak retail hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Comfortable working outdoors in varying weather conditions.

- Relevant industry experience is highly preferred.
- Prior supervisory or management experience is essential.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Strong people management capabilities with a passion for talent development.
- Ability to lift and carry equipment weighing up to 50 pounds and stand for extended periods.
