Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Flight Paramedic to join our team of air transportation experts at Med-Trans Corporation. As a Flight Paramedic, you will play a critical role in safely transporting patients to and from medical facilities, as well as responding to scene calls. Your expertise in critical care and emergency medical services will be essential in providing high-quality patient care and ensuring the safety of our crew and customers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Utilize critical thinking skills to manage critically ill or injured adult or pediatric patients and support physicians' orders.
  • Maintain a safe, clean, and well-stocked aircraft environment, perform regular equipment checks, and comply with safety standards and briefings.
  • Work collaboratively and effectively communicate with air and ground teams, dispatch, flight crews, facilities, and partners.
  • Share shift change information with transitioning teams and follow protocols to maintain accurate company and regulatory documentation and records.
  • Ensure required certifications and ongoing training are maintained for the position.
Requirements
  • Previous air medical transport experience.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and make sound decisions in high-pressure situations.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
