Pair Team is on a mission to connect underserved communities to high-quality care as a tech-enabled medical group focused on high-risk Medicaid and Duals patients. Their novel whole-person care model - social, clinical, behavioral - is quarterbacked by a multidisciplinary care team across their network of shelters, food pantries, and other community partners leveraging Arc, their proprietary care management platform. Pair Team is one of the largest providers of a high-needs case management benefit in California and on track to build the country's largest clinically-integrated network of community-based organizations.

The Opportunity

You will lead the development of our whole-person care platform, scale our operations team from hundreds to thousands, and lay the foundation to build a portfolio of products across various community partners serving vulnerable populations nationwide. This foundation will be critical to scaling nationally, continuously iterating on our care model via data insights, and building community infrastructure to transform safety-net care delivery systems.

This is a fully remote position reporting directly to the CEO.

Your Responsibilities
  • Build a world-class product team of product managers, designers, and data scientists
  • Develop the product roadmap in partnership with the executive team
  • Scale operations from 100 to 1000 care team members & ensure quality while scaling
  • Collaborate with the Head of Engineering to establish a high-velocity R&D organization
  • Oversee the delivery of a portfolio of products as we expand our customer surface area
  • Establish our value-based care and data analytics foundation to publish insights
  • Act as a player-coach and lead by example
Requirements
  • Experience
    • Healthcare experience is a plus but not required
    • 10+ years' experience in Product with 5+ years leading product
    • Built high-velocity product teams (e.g., 10 → 50 in 3 years)
    • Scaled operations teams via product at a high-growth organization
    • Development of a platform with a portfolio of products on top of it
