Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Medical Scribe to join our team at Southeast Orthopedic Specialists. As a Medical Scribe, you will play a critical role in assisting our providers with accurate and timely documentation in the EHR system.

Key Responsibilities
  • Accurately document patient encounters, including history, physical exams, diagnostic findings, and treatment plans.
  • Assist providers with completing clerical activities, such as processing physician orders and gathering necessary information.
  • Design and develop EMR templates to facilitate accurate documentation and streamline workflow processes.
  • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless patient care and coordination.
Requirements
  • High School Diploma or Equivalent required.
  • Pre-health, Nursing, and Health Science college students preferred.
  • Detail-oriented mindset with a commitment to producing high-quality work.
  • Ability to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines in a dynamic healthcare environment.
What We Offer
