Compensation:

$65,000

Key Responsibilities:
  • Motivate and guide a team of Customer Service Representatives
  • Ensure that performance metrics for transferred calls are achieved
  • Uphold exceptional call quality standards
  • Evaluate call data and implement necessary changes
  • Prepare and coach Representatives for career development
  • Execute additional assigned responsibilities
Required Qualifications:
  • Proficient English communication skills are essential
  • At least two years of experience in Customer Service Management
  • Positive demeanor with the ability to inspire others
  • Confident leadership style
