Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our team at Pyramid Consulting, Inc. as a Contract Recruiter. This is a 03+ months contract opportunity with long-term potential and is located in a hybrid setting.

Key Responsibilities
  • High Volume Sourcing: Responsible for sourcing high-quality candidates for assigned clients.
  • Candidate Development: Develop diverse slates of candidates based on business needs.
  • Candidate Evaluation: Interview candidates to determine their knowledge, skills, and abilities compared to job scope and requirements.
  • Hiring Recommendations: Evaluate candidate fit to company needs and make recommendations to hiring managers based on these interviews.
  • Candidate Experience Management: Manage candidate experience, including positioning the opportunity & company, administering technical exercises, phone screens, coordinating interview schedules, administering pre-employment assessments, summarizing feedback, making hiring recommendations, and managing the offer process.
  • Position Vacancy Management: Manage position vacancies using an applicant tracking system (ATS): posting vacancies, searching the database, reviewing resumes, forwarding resumes, and maintaining candidate activity.
Key Requirements and Technology Experience
  • Recent Experience: Must have recent experience as a source who plays a headhunter role.
  • Industry Experience: Must have Utility or Energy/gas Industry experience.
  • Requisition Handling: Must have experience in handling requisitions, mainly including hiring Business Development roles.
  • ICIMS Experience: ICIMS experience is a huge plus.
  • Education and Experience: Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a business-related field or Human Resources discipline, 5-7 years of experience in high volume full life cycle recruiting, preferably in a corporate environment.
  • Industry Experience: Prefer industry experience.
  • Contract Sourcer: Will be sourcing for Business development, sales, construction, engineering, Project managers, etc.
  • ICIMS Proficiency: ICIMS proficient.
  • Req Load: Will be sourcing for 30 requisitions.
  • Req Type: Around requisition majorly business development manager at different levels.
  • Experience: Minimum 2-3 years, ideally 5+ years of experience.
  • Education: Minimum High School Diploma.

Our client is a leading Public Utility Industry, and we are currently interviewing to fill this and other similar contract positions.
