POSITION OVERVIEW


This role reports to the Area Sales Manager (ASM) and involves visiting retail accounts, collaborating with the ASM and local distributor sales representatives to meet sales and merchandising goals.

The ideal candidate is self-motivated, organized, energetic, and creative, with experience in beverage merchandising and sales. Existing market relationships are preferred.

ROLE RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Ensure proper merchandising and representation of our brands (pricing, cold box and shelf positioning, POS execution) in line with brand standards.
  • Promote our brand to retailers, securing distribution points in collaboration with the Area Manager and local distributor sales teams.
  • Maintain ongoing communication with key accounts to review priorities.
  • Foster clear dialogue with the Area Manager and distributor teams to prioritize the Atomic Brands portfolio.
  • Drive business growth by securing new distribution points for company innovations.
  • Knowledge of retail chain operations is advantageous.
  • Represent Atomic Brands at retail tastings and events.

REQUIRED SKILL SETS:

  • Strong customer service, interpersonal, and communication skills.
  • Proficient selling and presentation skills are essential.
  • Innovative and creative in account management and business expansion.
  • Able to develop and execute account strategies effectively.
  • Self-starter who requires minimal supervision.
  • Capable of working independently as well as collaboratively.
  • Professional demeanor when interacting with coworkers, distributors, retail representatives, and consumers.
  • Must possess a valid driver's license and have access to a vehicle.
  • Availability for some evenings and weekends is required.
  • Willingness to travel as necessary.
  • Ability to lift over 25 lbs.

PREFERRED SKILL SETS:

  • College degree.
  • Experience in beverage sales or merchandising.

  • Bilingual candidates preferred.

COMPENSATION AND BENEFITS:


The compensation range for this position is $50,000 - $65,000, with a monthly bonus structure, car allowance, cell phone allowance, and benefits.
