Job Title: Certified Nursing Assistant

We are seeking a Certified Nursing Assistant to join our team at Healthcare Center of Orange County. As a CNA, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality patient care and contributing to our mission of delivering exceptional healthcare services.

Responsibilities:
  • Provide patient care and support in a skilled nursing setting, including assisting with daily living activities and monitoring vital signs.
  • Work collaboratively with our interdisciplinary team to develop and implement individualized care plans.
  • Use equipment correctly and safely in performing patient care tasks, adhering to infection control techniques and protocols.
  • Observe and report signs and symptoms of changes in patient condition, prioritizing patient activities based on current care needs.
  • Maintain accurate and detailed documentation of patient care, adhering to Federal and State regulations and Company policy.
Qualifications:
  • A valid CNA license and CPR certification, or proof of completion or renewal soon.
  • Previous experience in skilled nursing a plus, but not required.
  • Caring team player and customer service focused personality.
  • Ability to multitask and stay organized through daily duties.
