Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Radiologic Technologist PRN to join our team at LewisGale Hospital Montgomery. As a Radiologic Technologist PRN, you will be responsible for preparing patients, collecting relevant information, and performing CT procedures. You will also be expected to observe patients' conditions, practice and enforce radiation safety, and adhere to hospital and regulatory policies.

Responsibilities
  • Prepares patients for CT procedures
  • Collects relevant information for completion of procedures
  • Performs CT procedures, including MRI exams
  • Observes patients' conditions and reports any concerns
  • Practices and enforces radiation safety
  • Adheres to hospital and regulatory policies
  • Operates electronic information systems
  • Compiles records to expedite results
  • Administers contrast media as required
  • Participates in continuing education activities
  • Takes call after regular hours as assigned
  • Maintains clean and organized workspace
Requirements
  • Experience in Radiologic Technology
  • ARRT registered
  • CT Registry within six months
  • BLS within 90 days of employment
