Key Responsibilities
  • Hiring and Staff Management: Lead the recruitment and management of a high-performing team of staff, ensuring they have the skills and knowledge to deliver exceptional customer experiences.
  • Front of House Management: Oversee the front of house operations, including managing staff, maintaining high standards of customer service, and ensuring a seamless dining experience for our guests.
  • Inventory Management: Develop and implement effective inventory management systems to minimize waste and maximize profitability.
  • Leadership and Development: Foster a positive and inclusive work environment, providing coaching and development opportunities to help staff grow and succeed.
  • Multi-Tasking and Time Management: Demonstrate exceptional multi-tasking and time management skills, prioritizing tasks and delegating responsibilities to ensure seamless operations.
  • Technical Skills: Be proficient in computer systems, including point-of-sale software, and have excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Physical Demands: Be able to work in a fast-paced environment, standing for extended periods, and lifting/carrying items up to 40 lbs.
Requirements
  • 2+ years of experience in front of house management in a full-service restaurant
  • Proven leadership skills and ability to motivate and develop staff
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays
  • Knowledge of OpenTable and LBW systems is a plus
