As a Shift Manager at Wendy's, you will be responsible for leading a team of Crew Members to deliver exceptional customer service and drive sales growth. Your primary focus will be on creating a positive work environment, training and developing your team, and ensuring that all food safety procedures are followed.
Key Responsibilities:
- Train, develop, and mentor a team of Crew Members to ensure they have the skills and knowledge needed to excel in their roles.
- Create a warm and welcoming work environment that promotes teamwork and collaboration.
- Monitor and reinforce food safety procedures to ensure a clean and safe dining experience for customers.
- Maximize store sales and profit goals by implementing effective sales strategies and promoting menu items.
- Maintain Quality, Service, and Cleanliness (QSC) standards to ensure a high level of customer satisfaction.
- Go above and beyond to serve guests by providing exceptional customer service and resolving any issues that may arise.
