Job Summary

We are looking for a Hides Laborer to rotate through all positions on our production line, including hanging, trimming, salting, folding, and palletizing Hides. The successful candidate will maintain a clean work environment, communicate effectively with the Shift Supervisor, and perform other duties as assigned.

Responsibilities
  • Rotate through all positions on the production line, including hanging, trimming, salting, folding, and palletizing Hides.
  • Maintain a clean work environment to meet company standards.
  • Communicate effectively with the Shift Supervisor, reporting accidents, downtime, and exceptions, as well as cost-saving ideas and recommendations.
  • Perform other duties as assigned by a member of the management team.
Requirements
  • Experience working with a knife is strongly preferred.
  • High School diploma or equivalent preferred.
  • Able to stay physically active throughout the shift and lift up to 50 lbs.
  • Results-driven and strong motivation.
  • High level of integrity and trustworthiness.
  • Strong communication skills.
Work Schedule

Hours are 5 pm-2 am, Monday through Friday, with a Saturday rotation.
