Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Production Laborer - Hides to join our team in Green Bay. As a Production Laborer - Hides, you will be responsible for rotating through various positions on our production line, including hanging, trimming, salting, folding, and palletizing hides.

Key Responsibilities

  • Rotate through all positions on the production line, including hanging, trimming, salting, folding, and palletizing hides
  • Maintain a clean work environment to meet company standards
  • Communicate with the Shift Supervisor all accidents, downtime, and exceptions, or any cost-saving ideas and recommendations involved in plant operations
  • Perform other duties as assigned by a member of the management team

Requirements

  • Experience working with a knife is strongly preferred
  • High School diploma or equivalent preferred
  • Able to stay physically active throughout the shift and lift up to 50 lbs.
  • Results-driven and strong motivation
  • Must have a high level of integrity and trustworthiness
  • Strong communication skills

Work Environment

Hours are 5 pm-2 am, Monday through Friday with a Saturday rotation. We offer a fun team environment, a 3% quarterly bonus, and a 401(k) plan with a $1 for $1 match.
