Job Overview & Responsibilities :
  • Collaborate with leadership and essential stakeholders to prioritize and implement new strategic initiatives aimed at scaling operations and enhancing the organization's control framework.
  • Work alongside engineering teams to facilitate and coordinate comprehensive product design, development, and launch processes.
  • Deliver weekly project status reports to the Management Team.
  • Identify and manage risks throughout the project lifecycle, collaborating with stakeholders to ensure timely resolution of issues.

Required Skills & Qualifications :
  • Bachelor's degree, 5+ years' relevant experience in a comparable role
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, particularly in simplifying complex technical concepts.
  • Strong project management and interpersonal abilities, with a proven capacity to collaborate effectively across various levels and functions.
  • Proactive problem solver with a robust work ethic, strategic outlook, and commercial awareness.
  • Advanced technical skills, particularly in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
