We are seeking dedicated and compassionate Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) to join our team in providing high-quality care to adult and pediatric patients in the comfort of their own homes.

About the Role

As an LPN with Maxim Healthcare Services, you will have the opportunity to work with a diverse range of patients, from those requiring skilled nursing care to those needing companionship and support. Our team is committed to delivering exceptional patient care and making a positive impact on the lives of those we serve.

Responsibilities
  • Utilize the nursing process to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care.
  • Perform focused interviews to identify specific patient needs.
  • Assess signs and symptoms indicating physiologic and psychosocial changes in the patient's condition.
  • Collect, analyze, and interpret data and information from healthcare members and document actual and/or potential nursing diagnoses.
Qualifications
  • Current Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) License in the state in which the LPN practices.
  • Current Health Certificate (per facility).
  • Current PPD or Chest X-Ray.
  • Current BLS card.
  • One year prior LPN experience preferred.
