We are seeking dedicated and compassionate Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) to join our team in providing high-quality care to adult and pediatric patients in the comfort of their own homes.

About the Role

As an LPN with Maxim Healthcare Services, you will have the opportunity to work with a diverse range of patients, from those with chronic illnesses to those requiring rehabilitation and support. Our team is committed to delivering exceptional care and making a positive impact on the lives of our patients and their families.

Responsibilities
  • Utilize the nursing process to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care.
  • Perform focused interviews to identify specific patient needs.
  • Assess signs and symptoms indicating physiologic and psychosocial changes in the patient's condition.
  • Collect, analyze, and interpret data and information from healthcare members and document actual and/or potential nursing diagnoses.
  • Other LPN duties as assigned.
Qualifications
  • Current LPN License in the state in which the LPN practices.
  • Current Health Certificate (per facility).
  • Current PPD or Chest X-Ray.
  • Current BLS card.
  • One year prior LPN experience preferred.
