- Monitor and analyze financial performance against budget and forecast, identifying trends, variances, and potential areas of improvement.
- Prepare and present financial reports to senior management, investors, and other stakeholders.
- Ensure compliance with all financial regulations and standards.
- Collaborate with other departments to streamline financial processes and improve operational efficiency.
- Participate in due diligence and financial analysis of potential investments.
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field. An MBA or other advanced degree is preferred.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in financial management, preferably in a private equity setting.
- Strong expertise in financial modeling, financial analysis, budgeting, and forecasting.
- Solid understanding of private equity, including valuation methods, deal structuring, and due diligence.
- Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to transform complex data into insightful and actionable information.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively convey financial information to non-financial audiences.
- Strong leadership skills, with the ability to guide and influence senior management decisions.
- Proficiency in financial software and advanced Excel skills.
- High degree of professional ethics and integrity, with the ability to handle sensitive and confidential information appropriately.
- CFA or CPA certification is a plus.
