Enterprise Management Internship Overview

Are you looking to gain valuable business and leadership skills in a dynamic and fast-paced environment? Our Enterprise Management Internship is the perfect opportunity for you to develop your skills and stand out from the crowd.

As a paid intern with Enterprise, you will learn the ins and outs of running a successful business and acquire highly marketable skills in management. You will work alongside our experienced team members to develop marketing strategies, manage a fleet of vehicles, and build relationships with customers and coworkers.

During your 12-week internship, you will have the chance to complete intern projects and engage in friendly competition with your peers. You may also be eligible for performance incentives and employee referral rewards.

Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement marketing strategies to drive business growth
  • Manage a fleet of vehicles and ensure efficient operations
  • Build relationships with customers and coworkers to drive sales and customer satisfaction
  • Complete intern projects and engage in friendly competition with peers
Qualifications
  • Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's degree program, graduating in August 2025, December 2025, or May 2026
  • Minimum of 3 months of collegiate leadership, military leadership, or customer service experience in a retail or hospitality industry
  • Ability to work at least 35-40 hours per week throughout the 12-week summer internship program
  • Current and valid driver's license
  • Authorized to work in the United States and not require work authorization sponsorship by our company
