Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver outstanding customer service while demonstrating effective sales techniques;
  • Execute various store tasks including cashier duties, product organization, merchandise receipt, shipment processing, inventory stocking, and maintaining store cleanliness;
  • Collaborate with the management team to meet set sales and productivity targets;
  • Assist in ensuring the proper functioning of store equipment;
  • Partner with management to create and implement strategies aimed at boosting store traffic;
  • Maintain and merchandise end-caps, dump bins, and promotional displays effectively;
  • Guarantee that every customer receives exceptional service in alignment with our customer service standards;
  • Welcome customers upon their arrival at the store;
  • Handle incoming phone inquiries;
  • Stay informed about all current promotions and advertisements;
  • Accurately process transactions at the register while managing cash effectively;
  • Keep the register area organized and well-stocked;
  • Encourage customers to enroll in the rewards program;
  • Process receipts, refunds, credits, or change for customers as needed;
  • Participate in mandatory monthly store meetings;

Additional duties may be assigned by store management as necessary.
