- Establish and uphold a quality assurance program
- Oversee Advanced Product Quality Planning (APQP) and Production Part Approval Process (PPAP)
- Apply Six Sigma, Lean Manufacturing, and Kaizen principles
- Perform audits and deliver training to staff members
- Effectively communicate in both English and Spanish
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related discipline
- At least 5 years of experience in quality management
- Six Sigma Black Belt certification is preferred
- Excellent problem-solving and leadership abilities
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office and quality management tools
