Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Accounts Receivable Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our financial operations team, you will be responsible for managing our accounts receivable process, ensuring timely and accurate invoicing, and maintaining excellent customer relationships.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and maintain accurate records of customer invoices, payments, and credits
  • Process and reconcile invoices, payments, and credits in a timely and accurate manner
  • Collaborate with the wholesale team to resolve any discrepancies or issues related to customer invoices
  • Develop and maintain relationships with customers to ensure timely payment and resolution of any issues
  • Assist in the development and implementation of financial processes and procedures to improve efficiency and accuracy
  • Provide excellent customer service and respond to customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner

Requirements

  • 1-3 years of experience in accounting or a related field
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting or a related field
  • Strong understanding of accounting principles and practices
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks
  • Experience with PeopleSoft or similar accounting software is preferred
