About the Position

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Busser to join our team at First Watch Restaurants. As a Busser, you will play a critical role in ensuring our guests have an exceptional dining experience.

Key Responsibilities
  • Clear and sanitize tables within 3 minutes
  • Communicate effectively with Hosts and Servers to ensure seamless service
  • Perform light housekeeping duties, including rolling silverware and maintaining restroom cleanliness
  • Meet the physical demands of the role, including standing for long periods and lifting up to 25 pounds
