Job Summary

The Complimentary AM Attendant is responsible for delivering exceptional service to guests in the hotel's breakfast area. This role requires attention to detail, speed, and accuracy in providing a high-quality experience.

Responsibilities
  • Provide attentive and courteous service to guests in the breakfast area.
  • Maintain a clean and organized environment, adhering to hotel standards.
  • Prepare and serve food and beverages to guests, ensuring quality and presentation.
  • Handle cash and credit transactions accurately and efficiently.
  • Communicate effectively with guests, colleagues, and management to ensure seamless service.
  • Participate in ongoing training and development to enhance skills and knowledge.
Qualifications
  • High School diploma or equivalent, with experience in a hotel or related field preferred.
  • Ability to work a varied schedule, including evenings, nights, weekends, and holidays.
  • Must meet the legal age to serve alcoholic beverages and pass a responsible serving course, such as TIPS.
  • Ability to obtain and provide a Food Handlers card, as required by city/county/state.
