About the Role

As a HHA/CNA Preceptor, you will play a vital role in supporting the Redstone mission by:

  • Mentoring and training new HHA/CNA staff to ensure they have the skills and knowledge needed to provide high-quality care
  • Providing hands-on clinical support to our residents and clients
  • Assisting with administrative tasks to ensure seamless operations
  • Maintaining accurate records to ensure compliance and quality care
  • Participating in on-call rotations to provide 24/7 support to our residents and clients

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:
