Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement STA methodologies and tools to improve timing closure and reduce design cycle time.
  • Lead multi-site teams to execute STA projects and ensure timely delivery of results.
  • Collaborate with methodology teams to continuously improve STA flows and processes.
  • Develop and maintain expertise in STA tools and technologies, including Clock specs, jitter, IR drop, and spice analysis.
  • Work with architecture and RTL design teams to resolve timing issues and ensure design compliance.
  • Contribute to the development of industry-standard STA methodologies and best practices.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest STA technologies and trends, and apply this knowledge to improve our STA capabilities.

Requirements:

  • 7+ years of experience in Static Timing Analysis, with a strong background in timing and synthesis.
  • Expertise in developing, implementing, and verifying STA constraints.
  • Experience with STA Lead roles and expertise in efficient closure of Subsystem and SoC-level timing.
  • Knowledge of industry standards and practices in Timing closure, Physical Design, Floor-planning, and Place & Route.
  • BSEE required.
