About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Maintenance Associate at Sam's Club. As a key member of our facilities team, you will play a critical role in ensuring our stores and facilities are clean, safe, and well-maintained.

Key Responsibilities
  • Ensure a safe and clean environment for members and associates by performing maintenance tasks, responding to spills, and operating floor scrubbers.
  • Clean all areas of the facility, including floors, windows, restrooms, and trash receptacles, while following company procedures and guidelines.
  • Maintain appropriate levels of company-approved chemicals and supplies needed to ensure a safe and clean facility.
  • Perform safety sweeps, follow proper forklift spotting procedures, and correct/report unsafe situations to management.
Requirements
  • Must be 18 years of age or older.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing situations.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to follow procedures and guidelines.
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for long periods of time.
