Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and oversee the accounting department's daily operations
  • Ensure accurate and timely financial reporting
  • Lead the month-end close process, including account reconciliations and journal entries
  • Implement, maintain, and advance internal procedures for accounting
  • Utilize internal software (RFMS) for financial analysis

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in accounting and financial report writing
  • Strong knowledge of LIHTC regulations
  • Familiarity with accounting software and ability to learn

What We Offer:

$65,000-$85,000 based on experience. This position is fully on-site.
