Job Summary:

The Continuous Improvement Specialist - Sensor Portfolio will serve as the facilitator and/or lead for numerous organization initiatives and projects across Sensor Operations. This role will support similar activities for the Director of Operations of the Radio Frequency Technologies (RFT).

Key Responsibilities:

  • Solicit and gather information/data from multiple sources and synthesize into concise executive level briefings.
  • Maintain standard work and facilitate Ops Review, Staff meetings, Tier V, All-Hands and sessions related to goal alignment.
  • Represent the executive director when necessary, conveying their directives and decisions clearly and accurately.
  • Act as liaison between the executive director and other teams, departments, functions, organizations, etc.
  • Assist in the preparation of reports, presentations, and documents required by the executive director and directors.
  • Lead org wide initiatives, special projects, and strategic assignments as directed by the executive director.
  • Effectively work multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Develop and maintain Raytheon-wide support networks to facilitate and leverage the broad resources available.

Requirements:

  • S. government issued security clearance is required. S. citizens are eligible for a security clearance.
  • Creative, innovative troubleshooter possessing very strong organization, coordination, planning, analytical, teaming and problem-solving skills.
