About the Role

Fabletics is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Lead to join our retail team. As a Sales Lead, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, driving sales, and leading a team of sales associates to achieve sales goals.

Key Responsibilities
  • Customer Experience: Provide a best-in-class customer experience by engaging with customers, answering product questions, and making recommendations.
  • Sales and Revenue Growth: Meet or exceed sales targets by driving sales, promoting products, and building relationships with customers.
  • Team Leadership: Lead and motivate a team of sales associates to achieve sales goals, provide training and feedback, and ensure a positive and productive work environment.
  • Inventory Management: Manage inventory levels, maintain store displays, and ensure a visually appealing store environment.
  • Operational Excellence: Ensure seamless operations, including opening and closing procedures, cash handling, and maintaining a clean and safe store environment.
  • Communication and Collaboration: Communicate effectively with store management, sales associates, and other teams to ensure a cohesive and supportive work environment.
Requirements
  • Experience: 1 year of retail experience, preferably in a leadership role.
  • Product Knowledge: Familiarity with active lifestyle products, including yoga, cycling, and fitness equipment.
  • Communication and Interpersonal Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with customers, sales associates, and other teams.
  • Leadership and Teamwork: Proven leadership and teamwork skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team to achieve sales goals.
  • Adaptability and Flexibility: Ability to adapt to changing priorities, work in a fast-paced environment, and be flexible with work hours and schedules.
