Production Supervisor

We are seeking a dedicated Production Supervisor to oversee our operations. The successful candidate will demonstrate exceptional mechanical aptitude, hands-on experience in manufacturing environments, and the capability to lead and foster collaboration among various departments.

Compensation Package: $75K - $80K annually, comprehensive benefits, 401k matching up to 6%, life insurance, annual performance bonus, and paid time off.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee personnel management, workflow organization, scheduling, and resource distribution to enhance productivity.
  • Quickly address production challenges to reduce downtime.
  • Collaborate with leads and operators to identify and resolve recurring issues.
  • Execute effective Total Productive Maintenance (TPM) strategies in partnership with production and maintenance teams.
  • Guide Area Leads to promote continuous improvement in safety, quality, productivity, and delivery.
  • Ensure precise production reporting and inventory oversight.

Qualifications:
