Banquet Bartender

Par-A-Dice Hotel Casino is seeking a skilled Banquet Bartender to join our team. As a key member of our hospitality staff, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a memorable experience for our guests.
Key Responsibilities:- Bar Setup and Maintenance: Set up and stock banquet bars with necessary supplies, including glassware, ice, liquor, soft drinks, mixes, and associated equipment.
- Beverage Preparation: Receive and fulfill beverage orders from customers and cocktail servers, mixing alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks according to standard recipes.
- Customer Service: Serve beverages using repetitive motions, in accordance with established service procedures, and greet and communicate with guests in a friendly, courteous manner.
- Financial Transactions: Operate cash register, complete transactions according to procedures, and maintain accurate bank records.
- Bar Maintenance: Maintain the cleanliness of the bar area, including removing used glasses, napkins, emptying ashtrays, and wiping the bar top.
- Inventory Management: Prepare written requisitions and orders for bar stock, and maintain and replenish ice supply.
- Equipment Maintenance: Break down banquet bar and return unused product to proper storage location, and deliver glassware to washing area and store portable bar and other equipment in the appropriate location.
- Must be at least 21 years of age.
- Previous experience as a bartender preferred.
- Excellent customer service and communication skills.
- Ability to stand and walk for duration of shift.
- Ability to lift, carry, and maneuver up to 25 pounds.
- Ability to obtain/maintain any necessary licenses and/or certifications.
