Job Description

Par-A-Dice Hotel Casino is seeking a skilled Banquet Bartender to join our team. As a key member of our hospitality staff, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a memorable experience for our guests.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Bar Setup and Maintenance: Set up and stock banquet bars with necessary supplies, including glassware, ice, liquor, soft drinks, mixes, and associated equipment.
  • Beverage Preparation: Receive and fulfill beverage orders from customers and cocktail servers, mixing alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks according to standard recipes.
  • Cash Handling: Operate a cash register, complete transactions according to procedures, and maintain accurate bank records.
  • Customer Service: Greet and communicate with guests in a friendly, courteous manner, ensuring a positive experience.
  • Housekeeping: Maintain the cleanliness of the bar area, including removing used glasses, napkins, emptying ashtrays, and wiping the bar top.
Requirements:
  • Must be at least 21 years of age.
  • Previous experience as a bartender is preferred.
  • Excellent customer service and communication skills are essential.
  • Ability to stand and walk for the duration of the shift.
  • Ability to lift, carry, and maneuver up to 25 pounds.
  • Ability to obtain/maintain any necessary licenses and/or certifications.
