Physical Therapist Leader Opportunity

About the Role:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Physical Therapist to lead our team at Fremont Therapy Group in Rawlins, Wyoming. As a Lead Physical Therapist, you will be responsible for providing exceptional patient care, mentoring and guiding our team members, and contributing to the growth and development of our clinic.

Key Responsibilities:
Provide high-quality patient care, including assessment, treatment, and education
Mentor and guide our team members to ensure they have the skills and knowledge needed to provide excellent patient care
Contribute to the development and implementation of our clinic's policies and procedures
Collaborate with our team to achieve our goals and objectives

Requirements:
Graduate from a CAPTE accredited Physical Therapy program
Current state of Wyoming license or eligible
Orthopedic, exercise, and manual-based skills, and sports rehab experience
Outgoing and energetic team player
