Are you a motivated and passionate Physical Therapist looking for a new challenge? We are seeking a Lead Physical Therapist to join our team at Fremont Therapy Group in Rawlins, Wyoming.

About the Role

As a Lead Physical Therapist, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care and leading a team of Physical Therapists. You will have the opportunity to work in a supportive and collaborative environment, with a focus on patient outcomes and team success.

Responsibilities

* Provide one-on-one patient care and develop treatment plans to meet individual patient needs
* Lead and mentor a team of Physical Therapists to ensure high-quality patient care and team success
* Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive patient care
* Participate in ongoing education and professional development to stay current with best practices and industry developments

Requirements

* Graduate from a CAPTE accredited Physical Therapy program
* Current state of Wyoming license or eligible
* Orthopedic, exercise and manual based skills, and sports rehab
* Outgoing and energetic team player
