- Perform various tasks within the scope of practice, including vital sign monitoring, medication administration, and wound care.
- Collaborate with the healthcare team to develop and implement individualized care plans that meet the unique needs of each patient.
- Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare team members to ensure seamless care coordination.
- Participate in ongoing education and training to stay up-to-date on the latest clinical practices and technologies.
- Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) license in the state of California.
- Current American Heart Association BLS certification.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Ability to maintain a work pace appropriate to the workload.
- Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships across the Health System.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Knowledge of University and medical center organizations, policies, procedures, and forms.
