Digital Experience Designer

At Mobomo, we're seeking a talented Digital Experience Designer to play a key role in shaping the future of customer experiences through human-centered design processes. The ideal candidate will have a strong portfolio that showcases UI design skills and experience, as well as actionable knowledge of human-centered design processes, user research methodologies, and user testing processes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement human-centered design solutions for federal clients.
  • Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, including developers, project managers, and other stakeholders.
  • Work well within a Design team: be a team player.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to clearly articulate design decisions and rationale.

Requirements:

  • US citizen, eligible to obtain a security clearance (Public Trust).
  • 2-3 years of provable experience in UX/UI design.
  • Solid knowledge of Web, iOS, and Android design guidelines and patterns.
  • Proficient in industry-standard design tools (Figma, Adobe Creative Suite).

Nice to Have:

  • Located in the DMV area.
  • Experience in working with federal clients and understanding their unique requirements and constraints.
  • Experience working with UX tools (Usertesting.com, Optimal Workshops, Google Analytics, Miro, etc).

Considerations:

  • May need to attend on-location (limited) meetings if the project requires so.
