- Establish and maintain customer relationships, providing exceptional service and follow-up as needed.
- Utilize a customer-focused, needs-based review process to educate customers about insurance options and provide personalized recommendations.
- Develop leads, schedule appointments, identify customer needs, and market appropriate products and services to drive business growth.
- Maintain a strong work ethic with a total commitment to success each and every day.
- Hourly pay plus commission/bonus structure

- Life and Health license (must be able to obtain)
- Irregular working hours may be required
