Job Title: Structures Mechanic

We are seeking an experienced Structures Mechanic to join our team at Wipaire Inc. As a Structures Mechanic, you will be responsible for fabricating, installing, and altering sheet metal and structural components in compliance with engineering drawings, specifications, and airworthiness requirements.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Fabricate, install, and alter sheet metal and structural components in compliance with engineering drawings, specifications, and airworthiness requirements.
  • Collaborate with the inspection department to ensure compliance with airworthiness requirements.
  • Ensure maintenance activities are properly signed off daily on repair station discrepancy sheets and checklists.
  • Read and interpret manufacturers' and STC holder's manuals, service bulletins, technical data, engineering data, and other specifications to determine feasibility and method of altering, repairing or replacing aircraft or components.
Requirements:
  • High school graduate or GED required.
  • Strong aluminum structures experience required.
  • Expertise in working with hand tools, sheet metal shop tools, and common metal shop tasks.
  • Ability to understand, interpret, and follow specifications as defined by drawings or instructions.
